IS&T Residential Computing is a team in the Help Desk that provide computing support in person, by phone, and by email to students in the MIT dorms, fraternities, sororities, and other ILGs. We are students and full-time staff employed by IS&T that specialize in network connection troubleshooting on both the wired and wireless networks and escalating problems to other IS&T groups.
