This is the landing page for requesting assistance from the MIT
Residential Computing Consultants (RCCs). The RCCs can help with a
variety of computing problems in the residence halls, but primarily
assist with network related issues including: connecting to the MIT
network, using the MIT wireless network, building-wide network outages
and obtaining a hostname (static IP address). ex. HOSTNAME.MIT.EDU.
