This is the landing page for requesting assistance from the MIT Residential Computing Consultants (RCCs). The RCCs can help with a variety of computing problems in the residence halls, but primarily assist with network related issues including: connecting to the MIT network, using the MIT wireless network, building-wide network outages and obtaining a hostname (static IP address). ex. HOSTNAME.MIT.EDU.
The RCCs can also assist with printing in the dorms as well as using IS&T supported software and services.

Instructions for connecting your computer to the MIT network are available here.
